Collection: Pavoni Italia

Discover Pavoni Italia, the Italian maker of professional pastry equipment trusted by pastry chefs around the world. Based near Bergamo, Pavoni is known for moulds that combine striking design with precise, reliable results.

The Pavoflex range is made for single-serving portions, mignon and mini desserts, with fine detail that comes through cleanly every time you unmould. Many shapes are created together with leading pastry chefs, including Cédric Grolet, Antonio Bachour, Fabrizio Fiorani and Emmanuele Forcone, from realistic fruits and nuts to modern geometric forms.

In this collection you will also find the Gourmand moulds for finger food and petits fours, thermoformed chocolate kits, stainless steel piping nozzles and pastry cutters. Whether you make mousse cakes, entremets, chocolates or baked desserts, Pavoni moulds help you create with confidence.
