DINARA KASKO silicone pastry mould for cake, FERRO

Ferro mould was specifically created for Jordi Bordas, the World Pastry Champion at Sirha. Ferromagnetic fluid inspired me as it looks pretty fascinatingly.

Made from flexible, non-stick 100% food-grade silicone material, FDA and LFGB approved BPA free.

Mould has a temperature range from -60°C to +230°C, suitable for use in the freezer, oven and microwave.

Exclusive step-by-step recipe for a VEGAN cake by Spanish pastry chef Jordi Bordas. In four languages with photos (English, Russian, Spanish, and Chinese).
